Support Policies:
If a 25-Seven product is diagnosed as defective
and needs service, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) before sending it back to us. This ensures we know it’s
coming, and we can get a head start on solving any problems. 25-Seven
Systems will make every effort to return your unit to you as fast
as possible.
