Hear Audio Time Manager

The following audio downloads demonstrate just how clean and transparent Audio Time Manager is. For our demo, we took an excerpt from a historic speech and ran it through ATM at rates of 5%, 10% and 15%. We have also included an uncompressed reference track for comparison purposes. ATM runs natively at 44.1kHz, 16 bit, linear PCM. Once we recorded these examples, we ran them through an MPEG converter at 160Kbps to reduce the file download size.

The rates we choose in this sample are purely arbitrary: we could just as easily have run the system at 1.6% (1:00 per hour), 20% (12:00 per hour- the system’s limit), or anything in between. In actual use, you can easily throttle the rate of compression up or down at any time as the unit is playing, adjusting rates either by percentages, or by telling the unit what time you want to be back to real-time.

NOTE: these audio files are very large (750kB - 3MB). You'll need to download them to your hard disk so that you can play them directly from your machine.
